Ansaar of Worcester is supported primarily by private donations from people like you! We also receive grants from institutions such as the Greater Worcester Community Foundation, private foundations, and other grant makers. In addition, community organizations like North American Bangladeshi Islamic Community (NABIC), Islamic Society of Greater Worcester, ICNA Relief and others provide various types of support.
 
YOU can become a donor with the confidence that each dollar you give will be maximized, from having no administrative overhead  to our scrupulous efforts to obtain best prices for  items distributed.
  • Donations are tax-deductible
  • We accept zakat-ul-fitr or zakat-ul-maal and distribute locally
  • We accept a portion of Udhiya/Qurbani
  • We accept your lightly used clothing, housewares, or non-perishable food items, in-kind
  • Volunteer with us or donate professional services
 
Many families start off with nothing and eventually transition to helping others. Often, our clients call us with thanks and tell us they no longer require our help.
